Position: Bookkeeper, Part-time

The Big Task

We are looking for a part- time bookkeeper to assist with the day-to-day financial tasks. Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.

Key Sub Tasks

• Ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers.
• Ensure Purchase Order process is being followed and accurately export vendor bills over to QuickBooks.
• Ensure all customer invoices and payments are exported properly to QuickBooks.
• Ensure our bills are paid timely and accurately.
• Process staff payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain accuracy monthly.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Thorough attention to detail with on time delivery. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel – Experience with MS Excel is required.
