THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our marketing operations and creative projects. You will be instrumental in :

• Project Management : Organizing project timelines and preparing necessary documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), project briefs, and production schedules.
• Strategy Development : Developing effective strategies for branding, marketing, and communication.
• Creative Design : Designing creatives using Canva and collaborating with graphic designers to produce high-quality materials.
• Copywriting : Writing clear, engaging content for various platforms.
• Digital Marketing : Implementing social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
• E-commerce Support : Assisting in the development and management of Shopify websites, leveraging your experience to enhance our online sales platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting : Using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to create detailed reports.
• Design Skills : Demonstrating a strong eye for design, skilled in Canva and BONUS if familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate or Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Effective at managing multiple projects and communicating with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible for hybrid work, spending 2-3 days per week in our Fort Lauderdale office.
