Fast growing commercial construction company seeking experienced superintendent with plenty of growth opportunities, competitive pay, and stability. We are looking for someone that can complete construction projects in a timely manner, by planning, organizing, and controlling projects to completion.

We are currently looking to fill a full time superintendent position to start immediately.

We operate exclusively in Dade and Broward county, and expect our employees to be flexible in traveling locally in both counties.

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate, schedule, and oversee subcontractors

· Field supervision and onsite operational control

· Maintain daily job site log & photos

· Meet job budgets & strict construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met

· Ensure onsite code compliance and coordinate quality inspections

· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment in a professional manner

· Comply with legal regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years experience in construction as a superintendent or assistant superintendent

MUST HAVE a broad understanding of all subcontractors and ability to read plans

Strong Organizational Skills, Project Management, Supervision, Quality Control & Supply Management. Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record.

Salary Range: Based on experience, strong trade references, and additional certifications.
