We are a growing paver contracting company looking to fill positions for field superintendents to work in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, & Broward Counties. We provide labor and material to construct various types hardscapes including paver installation, retaining walls, artificial turf, etc. for our clients. This candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities of superintendent:

• Reading and redlining plans- elevations a plus!
• Scheduling subcontractors to complete the work, verifying the work is complete and accurate
• Attending weekly jobsite subcontractor meetings & walking with GC superintendents
• Daily progress reports and labor reports
• Providing our clients with a quality product that meets or exceeds our standards

Requirements of superintendent:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• 3-5 years of construction or paver experience
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Must be able to read plans
• Ability to operate Lull, Forklift and/or Bobcat a huge PLUS
