Value engineering the Best Roofing system to make us the most competitive choice and to solve our client’s roofing problems. Support all Pricing Objectives of the Company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estimating Cost Standards:
Adhere to estimating standards and processes. Partner with the Senior VP of Pre-Construction to recommend updating cost information to ensure realistic estimates.
When dealing with complicated projects consult with the Senior VP of Pre-Construction regarding set up, tear off labor and or smart labor factor.
Utilize the Edge Estimating Data Base for all estimating projects.
