Plaza College invites applications for the position of clinical adjunct faculty for a Mental Health/Psych rotation in their upper division Bachelor of Nursing Program. Applicants must have both clinical and teaching experience in mental health/psychiatry/behavioral health.

This rotation will take place in person at one of Plaza College's partner hospitals during the Fall 2024 semester (September 9 - December 13) on Fridays from 7am-11am and 12pm-4pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements include Master’s Degree in Nursing, RN licensure in NYS, and appropriate specialized experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior clinical nursing experience
• Prior teaching experience with a strong preference for teaching
• Experience using instructional technology
• Experience with student-centered and high-impact pedagogy
• Experience with course and/or program assessment
