Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care and effective nursing operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all nursing staff, including nurses and nurse managers
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure they are executed effectively
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in nursing care
- Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for nursing staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Extensive experience in Nursing Administration, with a minimum of [number] years in a leadership role
