```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Answer the phone to take reservations for client appointments
- Schedule trips and dispatch to drivers
- Assist with budgeting and tracking company expenses
- Assist with special projects as assigned
```Experience```
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
- Experience with phone systems and customer support is desired
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail are required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
