Responsibilities:
- Answering Subcontractor calls and questions about invoices, work order, and bid packages
- Creating /Sending Subcontractor bid request packages
- Invoice logging, processing and approvals
- Requesting and maintaining Sub insurance certificates
- Processing subcontractor work orders
- Processing subcontractor Purchase orders
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word
- Must be able to communicate with team members and Subcontractors on a daily basis
- Bilingual preferred.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
