Salary:

RockPointe Church | Facility Manager

Full-Time (typically Sunday through Thursday but other days when needed)

Reports to Facilities Director 

Principle Function: Provides facility-related support to church ministries, staff, and for special events

RPC Mission: To love God with all that we are while making more and better followers of Christ
RPC 10-year vision from 2021: To plant, foster, and adopt 50 churches by December 2030

Plants include: RPC Campuses and autonomous local churches

Fosters include: applying assistance, coaching and consulting for churches for a short duration
Adoptions include: churches being grafted into the RPC family (churches on the verge of closure, etc.)

Job location

  • Will be assigned to our campus location at 4503 Cross Timbers Rd in Flower Mound
  • This campus is a single building with three floors and 55,000 square feet of floor space 

Job Requirements

Manages and ensures the operational readiness of the facility at all times

  • Systems functioning properly 
  • HVAC systems – HVAC units cooling/heating on schedule 
  • Lighting & electrical, plumbing, elevators 
  • Doors & security systems – doors locking and unlocking on schedule 
  • I.T. network, security cameras and network video recorder 
  • Maintain high standards of building and grounds cleanliness and organization 
  • Ensures all spaces and rooms are clean and setup for next scheduled events 
  • Ensures grounds are picked up, sidewalks and parking lots are clear 
  • Oversee work of part-time facilities staff
  • Oversee work of custodial cleaning staff 
  • Assists part-time staff and custodial staff as needed 
  • Ensure building supplies are restocked and organized 
  • Ensure building and systems are inspection ready at all times

Performs hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of building components, systems, equipment, & furnishings

Coordinates and oversees contractors performing work on-site as needed

Is proficient working on laptop and in systems as needed to complete work

  • eSpace Facility Management Software – event & room scheduling, work order & preventive maintenance system 
  • Microsoft Office suite 
  • Nexonia expense reporting 
  • Building system controllers for HVAC & secure door access 
  • Building alarms & security camera systems 

Completes assigned work orders as scheduled

  • Monitors assigned eSpace system work order completions and follow up as needed 
  • Ensures completion of assigned preventive maintenance routines
