Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget and according to specifications.
- Managing and mentoring project teams.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Resolving any issues or setbacks that may arise during construction.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry ( 5 years).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- OSHA certification is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time
- Salary at $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
