Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and identifying potential clients in need of roofing services
- Conducting thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and providing suitable solutions
- Collaborating with the roofing team to ensure accurate project estimations and timely service delivery
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales ( 5 years), preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time
- Salary at $40,000 - $50,000 per year commission.
