Farmington Motor Sports is excited to announce an opportunity as a dispatcher out of our Farmington office. Family owned and operated since 1976, we have continued to serve the Farmington Valley with pride through automotive repairs, tow service, roadside assistance and more.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Provide high level of customer service both on the phone and in person
- Effectively communicate to drivers, supervisors, and customers
- Create calls, bills and manage invoices for customers and accounts
- Ability to anticipate changes and adapt as necessary to plans
- Logistically and efficiently execute plans for drivers based on pending calls
- Organize and oversee impounds, maintaining accurate records of vehicles as they come in and out of impound/storage.
The right candidate will be detail oriented, adapts easily, works well with a team, and has a good understanding of logistical planning.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday. Overtime is available.
High school diploma or equivalent required. We offer health insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more!
