AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Everett, WA

You will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within the organization. Handle recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and other HR activities to support the manufacturing operations.
Job Title: HR Generalist (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and facility tours.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and facilitate resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:
Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations, feedback, and development opportunities.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives, both onsite and offsite.
Compliance and Policy Administration:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals, and communicate changes to employees as needed.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, and liaise with benefits providers as necessary.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and social events to foster a positive work culture.
HR Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, including employee information, attendance records, and performance data.
Prepare regular reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and training completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
