Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to handle all day-to-day operations and requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure consistent service
- Help assigned accounts to grow by introducing new products and opportunities, including cross-selling where appropriate
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the clients in your account portfolio
- Communicate client needs to the VP of Account Management
- Forecast and track client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Simultaneously manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Maintain detailed records and notes for all account activity
- Client-focused solutions experience
- Project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Team mentality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
- Time management skills
- College degree in Communications, Business, or similar
- At least 1-2 years of entry-level account management experience.
- Eagerness to advance their career in account management by developing long-term relationships with newly acquired and long-held clients.
- Desire to work in a close-knit environment with potential for growth
