Digital Sales Account Manager

Location: Engelwood, Colorado (hybrid 2 days a week onsite)

Commision Structure is uncapped and some individuals making upwards of 150K per year.

This is a contract to hire position.

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Digital Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients in the financial industry, ensuring their digital marketing goals are met through effective strategies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, experience in upselling, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and SEO. Knowledge of HubSpot is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the financial industry, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services, including email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels, to existing clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies that align with clients' goals, ensuring measurable results and ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and more, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Utilize HubSpot for managing client interactions, marketing automation, lead tracking, and reporting to enhance campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the financial industry, ensuring compliance and leveraging new opportunities for clients.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on digital marketing best practices, tools, and techniques, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably within an ad agency.
  • Proven track record of sales and upselling success, with a focus on digital marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with the ability to manage and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry and its unique marketing needs is highly desirable.
