As a Help Desk Technician at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our staff. This position involves responding to queries and tickets through various channels such as Teams Chat, email, ticket system, and phone. You will have the opportunity to train colleagues on troubleshooting methods, assist new employees in accessing computer accounts, and update training manuals for software and hardware.
