The position has various responsibilities and job functions, and every work-day is different.

Full-time 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm (Monday Friday) - Temp-To-Hire
Pay Rate : $15.50 / hr - $16 / hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use basic hand and cutting tools, industrial sewing and grommet machines full training will be provided.
- Lift / transfer raw material, finished product and packed materials from pallets and tables.
- Meet quality and production standards following training period.
- Follow documented work instructions and all facility and safety rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
- Previous manufacturing experienced preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required Veterans encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS :
- Full-time 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm (Monday Friday) - Temp-To-Hire
- Reliable transportation needed.
- Detail oriented with basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to read procedures, follow instructions and distinguish colors.
- Willingness to learn and improve professionally .
- Work overtime as necessary, but not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- Walking, bending, pushing, reaching and lifting.
- Repetitive motion.
- Standing, walking or moving about, up to 100% of work shift.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- MUST have reliable transportation
