What will you have the opportunity to do?

You will be the Subject Matter Expert for operations questions from various departments and team members while being Accountable for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and tracking of all imports, exports, and domestic shipments. You will support the ICAT CX initiative by providing a high level of customer satisfaction and operational proficiency to meet growth and profitability goals as well as providing customers with WOW experiences.

What do we need from you?

• 5 Years of operations freight forwarding experience (preferably both International and Domestic)
• Dangerous goods certification is preferred, but not required.
• A college degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred, but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of FMC, IMCO, ITAR, TSA, C-TPAT, HAZMAT, US Customs Border Protection (CBP)
• Have proven experience negotiating rates with various trucking companies, carriers, and overseas
• Have a proven track record of building relationships and gaining credibility with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Superior communication skills, ability to motivate people, and an emphasis on listening
• Lead by example, highly motivated team player with an outgoing and positive work
• Extremely well organized and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and share knowledge with the team
• Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial
• Adopt ICAT's core values and seamlessly integrate into ICAT's
