What will you have the opportunity to do?

You will be utilizing analytical techniques and tools to provide actional insights for informed decision-making across the ICAT Enterprise.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science or Mathematics preferred
• 1-3 years experience with a modern Business Intelligence/Dashboard platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• SQL experience / Relational Database knowledge
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is a plus
• Desire and drive to learn and grow.
• Highly motivated team player with an outgoing and positive work attitude
• Ability to relate to and successfully interact across a variety of settings and work well with a broad and diverse workforce throughout the organization.
• Outstanding communication skills - Excellent verbal and written with an emphasis on listening.
• Ability to gain credibility with potential customers, employees, and business partners.
• Extremely well organized, able to plan and effectively set priorities for implementation; able to be flexible as priorities shift in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with a fast-paced hands-on entrepreneurial environment.
• Functional skills with Microsoft Office products, with a strong emphasis in Excel. MS Access and SQL experience is a plus.
