General Purpose of job :

To support the BWI team in gaining and retaining profitable accounts. To provide the highest-level customer experience during these interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Client Solutions Administration

• Research Federal Contract opportunities by NAICS code.
• Create a qualified lead profile utilizing various tools like GovWin, Zoom Info, etc.
• Outreach to these opportunities through a targeted marketing campaign.
• Track these opportunities in ICAT's CRM
• As needed, assist with various administrative tasks tied to sales efforts.
• Formal sales presentations, RFPs & RFQs, Standard Operating Procedures
• Client Engagement
• Telephone outreach for various opportunities, including but not limited to tradeshow, dormant / inactive accounts, quote follow-up
• Enter all sales support activity in ICAT's CRM Program, such as but not limited to account profiles, call activity, customer correspondence, etc.
• Outside Sales
• Participate in outside sales calls with the team members
• Attend a local trade show
• If possible, attend a T3 event to learn internal tradeshow processes.
• Join sales bi-weekly team meetings.
• Other emergent duties and projects that may be requested in support of ICAT's fast-paced environment

Minimum Job Requirements :

• High school education required and some college ideal.
• Outstanding communication skills Excellent verbal and written with an emphasis on listening.
• Strong presentation skills
• Highly motivated team player with an outgoing and positive work attitude, drive to learn and grow.
• Extremely well organized and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Advanced PC skills and Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of other programs like Canva, Prezi, and LinkedIn, a plus.
• Ability to plan and effectively set priorities for implementation.
• Ability to work in a response-oriented industry, within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
• Ability to travel, if needed, to visit clients on-site.
• Ability to relate to and successfully interact across a variety of settings and work well with a broad and diverse workforce throughout the organization.
• Adopt ICAT's core values and seamlessly integrate into ICAT's culture.
