TALLY PERSONNEL LLC is Hiring a District Manager Near Elk, OK

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of their designated areas. Achieving business goals and revenue targets, overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives, recruiting, training, supervising, and supporting the Plunder Lift Sales and Service Representatives of their designated territories.

The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. Additionally, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.

Essential Functions

  • Supervising PL Sales and Service representatives within their territories and providing support for customer satisfaction and closing sales

  • Maintain and prepare the budget and P&L for your region

  • Conduct monthly safety training and ensure field personnel stay current with safety requirements

  • Manage field ticket entry to ensure that direct reports are getting tickets in on time

  • Forecast and communicate monthly revenue for product lines to Regional Manager and or Vice President.

  • Communicate with sales team with upcoming work and equipment setup

  • Manage and approve expenses for direct reports

  • Responsible for training new shop and field personnel

  • Customer stock log- maintain log for equipment coming in and going out

  • Sign off on POs for district, including supplies and maintenance

  • Inventory management control, including all buy out items

  • Promote and strictly adhere to all Company HSE policies and practices.

  • Conduct all business activities in accordance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.

  • Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

  • At least 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry

  • Strong data entry and reporting skills

  • Strong math skills to keep track of your region's profit

  • Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed

  • Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards

  • Available after hours/weekends/holidays on periodic basis
