Position: Finance Manager
Location: Elizabeth Town, Kentucky (Onsite, remote option not available)

Looking for a candidate with comprehensive experience in Finance & Accounts, Commercial Operations, Procurements, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Profitability Analysis, MIS, and Government Liaising. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing financial operations, and facilitating investment decisions. Additionally, they will act as a subject matter expert on GAAP and IFRS standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and commercial operations for immediate success.
• Ensure timely closure of books, reconciliation, and oversee working capital management.
• Compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Submission of financial reports and coordination with auditors.
• Oversee banking operations, cash flow, and treasury functions.
• Handle import/export activities and ensure compliance.
• Provide expertise on GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with the CFO and team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster an open and autonomous work culture within the team.
• Candidate background:
• Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of eight years' experience in accounting and
• related functions, demonstrating progressive career growth.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
