Our Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Sales / Finance Manager who will be able to hit the ground running! As the Sales / Finance Manager, you’d drive the success of our Sales Team by training, motivating, and assisting our sales consultants to achieve revenue targets as well as manage new and existing leads. Responsibilities - Sales / Finance Manager:

• Manage, train, and direct the Sales team in attaining dealership goals
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist F&I department as needed, selling F&I product, contracting, funding, etc.
• Support other operational units within the store, to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales / Finance Manager:

• Automotive Sales experience required
• Management experience is required
• Experience with Finance is preferred!
• Superior leadership skills with a track record of success
• Ability to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
