$50,000 - $240,000 yearly (commission)

Responsibilities:

• Find, filter, and analyze deals for acquisition in order to determine suitability for the acquisition
• Get properties under contractor for acquisition
• Establish relationships with seller agents and wholesalers
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Accurately estimate rehab
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Produce reports of acquisition for approval

Qualifications:

• Real Estate is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business or a related field of study preferred but not required
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze real estate deals
• Familiarity with Excel
