Red’s Savoy Pizza® has been making ‘Sota-Style® pizza since its founding in 1965. Red’s Savoy Pizza is known for its signature pizzas with family-recipe sauce and sausage, mounds of cheese and toppings, crispy crust, and square cut.

We’re a premium pizza brand on a mission to Rid the World of Skimpy, Wimpy Pizzas! We are looking for our first ever Catering Sales Specialist to lead our catering sales initiatives. The perfect salesperson for this role is well-organized, relationship-driven, and is motivated by making sure our catering customers have a wow-worthy experience with Red’s Savoy Pizza.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build partner relationships through cold calling, Linkedin outreach, networking events.
• Manage and respond to guest inquiries & quotes in a timely manner along with proper follow up.
• Schedule delivery of samples of product to potential clients and provide proper follow ups with the new potential clients.
• Door to door brand promotion within a 10-mile radius of stores within dedicated region
• Review sales per location to budget on a weekly, period and quarterly basis
• Responsible for being present and assisting as needed for larger catering events. Schedule and assist store locations with the region accordingly on heavy catering volume time periods.
• Coordinating detailed event and order information and relaying proper communication with store locations
• Follow up with customers daily to obtain any and all feedback regarding their catering experience and build relationships with the goal of creating repeat business

Positional Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills - with customers and within the organization.
• Catering, Hospitality, and/or Sales Experience.
• Availability 9am-4pm M-F when business professionals are working.
• Travel in the South/West Twin Cities Metro is required (Bloomington to Minnetonka).
• Valid Driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
