POSITION SUMMARY:
This position deals with the processing and recording of all payments received at Menard Inc headquarters.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with multiple departments and stores to ensure accurate payment coding
· Data entry and import of spreadsheets
· Apply payments in Quickbooks or other applications
· Meet weekly and monthly deadlines
· Assist in the processing of incoming invoices as needed
