Culimeta Saveguard is Hiring a Production Control Assistant Near Eau Claire, WI

SUMMARY

Works as a team player in performing a variety of functions including production data entry, completion of administrative tasks and general production operations clerical duties such as entering various production documents and filing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements and qualifications listed below are representative of the essential duties, knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. 1. Create Work Orders daily.

2. Close Work Orders daily.

3. Perform data entry functions using production management software.

4. Receive and enter customer purchase orders into production management software.

5. Verify all details of orders have been entered in system and on schedules accurately.

6. Serve as back-up for responding to customers acknowledging orders and correspond with customers to rectify any discrepancies.

7. Assist customers with questions regarding orders, ship dates, materials, and any other business concerns.

8. Keep record of customer interactions recording details of questions, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

9. Work with production to verify and confirm ship dates for customers.

10. Print additional documentation as required.

11. Share support for answering telephone system to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments.

12. Operate office machines, such as photocopier and scanner, fax machine, voice mail and computers.

13. Utilize a multitude of Microsoft office products to perform daily tasks, included but limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.

14. Prepare reports and other documents.

15. Perform various data entry projects for production data collection and other functions.

16. Perform general office duties such as alphanumeric filing, typing routine correspondence, or making copies.

18. Conduct effective communications between management, including follow-up and status reports on existing projects and duties before their scheduled due dates.

19. Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.

20. Maintain a supportive and positive personal attitude and working relationship with team members.

21. Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

A High School Diploma is required. One to two years related experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus as well as high level Microsoft experience.

Knowledge

· Clerical— Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

· English Language— Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.

· Customer and Personal Service— Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

· Computers and Electronics— Knowledge of computer hardware and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc.).

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
