The ideal applicant is a creative go-getter with a passion for food & an eye for gorgeous presentation. Will assist Executive Chef Sara Trapp in providing exceptional menu items for all types of events for sale in our retail shop
Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation
- Ensure consistent highest quality standards & flavors
- Perform daily receiving, organizing & rotation of inventory
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment & areas of the kitchen
- Adhere to all ServSafe specifications & local ACHD rules
- Travel to events when necessary
- Continuing education in current food trends
Qualifications
- 2 years' of culinary / professional kitchen experience
- Can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Must possess clean Idaho driver's license
- Must be available evenings Saturdays
