Customer Service Manager
We're looking for an Customer Service Manager to join our busy, fast-growing musical instrument industry eCommerce business based in Exton PA. The job is Monday-Friday, 9-5 (can vary slightly to suit the right candidate).
Requirements for the job
- Computer literacy
- Good working knowledge of guitar and/or bass guitar (either as a player, a tech, or experience working in a music store)
- Good experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
- Customer Service Experience (Required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
You must have previous Customer Service Experience (in any environment) and a good working knowledge of guitar and/or bass guitar. If you do not have both these things, your application will not be considered.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Answering and handling phone calls and emails from customers
- Working with other team members to solve customer issues
- Updating information in various systems
- Managing online reputation through social media channels
- Contributing as part of the management team to the growth of the company
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
