Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and lead our team of roofing sales representatives.
- Train, mentor, and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Possess thorough knowledge of our products and services to deliver outstanding customer service.
