We are seeking a Collections Manager for a new collection agency in Duluth, MN. The ideal candidate must be willing to be hands on in the collection process and must excel at and enjoy training individuals new to the collection process.
As we are a developing company we promote from within. The position will entail development of future leadership for scheduled expansion and the willingness to wear many hats.
At our agency, all individuals collect and it is vital that everyone has a thorough knowledge of the collection industry. A manager must also collect, spending a large amount, if not the majority of the time doing so, but most likely in a training capacity. You will be in good company!
Flexibility will be accounted for a manager to adapt and change the role and in essence to define it. We are a new company and the people who will be our future are the answer to the rate limiting steps now and in all eventualities. As experienced business owners we know the value you will bring and that this position needs.
