Chilly Billy's A.M., is a beloved frozen yogurt company in Duluth, Minnesota. In 2024 Chilly Billy’s is moving and is adding a delightful breakfast menu in the morning and a unique self-service frozen yogurt experience at night, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand menu items thoroughly and explain them to guests accurately.
• Take food and beverage orders efficiently and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage self-service frozen yogurt stations during evening shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service and dining areas.
• Process payments and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist in setting up the dining area, including arranging tables and stocking necessary supplies.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

• A people person with a go-getter attitude.
• Previous experience as a server is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
