Welcome to St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare! Our 120-bed facility, provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident.

Director of Admissions/Marketing obtains required information and admits residents in an efficient manner. The Admissions Director/Marketing will be responsible for managing the facility census, patient referrals, and completion of admission processes in order to assure resident and family satisfaction, and represent the facility in a positive manner.

Director of Admissions/Marketing Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the inquiry, referral, and admission process as well as completing necessary paperwork related to each process.
• Assists the Regional Director of Business Development and Administrator in preparing and implementing marketing goals and objectives.
• Acts as liaison between company and outside community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities.
• Informed of Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance guidelines as pertains to position.
