Liberty Education Solutions is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Downingtown, PA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a virtual capacity! The BCBA will play a key role in providing behavioral therapy services to clients remotely, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Utilize telehealth technology to conduct remote sessions with clients and provide real-time feedback to RBTs and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to coordinate care and address client needs comprehensively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes, behavior data, and treatment plan updates.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
