Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Climate Support to join our team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in working with children!

Position: Student Climate Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students within the school, or Home setting!
• Assist students with varying needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to implement individualized plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students to thrive academically and socially.
• Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Adhere to all school policies and guidelines, especially those related to health and safety.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Minimum
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational or caregiving capacity.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a rapport with students.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to address changing student needs.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Day shift between 8-4pm
• Part time, Supplemental hours, and Full time
• Monday - Friday Shifts available!
