Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in a full-time role within a school-based charter school setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in working with children and should also have received the Covid vaccine.

Position: School-Based Charter School Full-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Monday-Friday (school hours) 8:30 AM-3:30 PM - Potential ESY (Extended School Year)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students within the school environment.
• Assist students with varying needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to implement individualized plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students to thrive academically and socially.
• Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Adhere to all school policies and guidelines, especially those related to health and safety.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Minimum - Associates Preferred
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational or caregiving capacity.
• Completion of Covid vaccination as per school health requirements. I vaccine required
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a rapport with students.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to address changing student needs.
