Job Summary
Responsible for developing an effective working relationship with brokers and / or Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans within the area.
Responsible for meeting / exceeding sales goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor degree and 5 years group life or health insurance sales experience OR 9 years group life or health insurance sales experience.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, group insurance sales strategy, and technical aspects of life, disability, vision, and supplemental medical insurance.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation and closing sales skills.
- Experience training brokers / agents and experience presenting to C-suite level.
- Financial acumen and analytics skills.
- Current life / health insurance agent license.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience with sales databases.
THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME
