Robert Half is Hiring a Senior HR Generalist (Contract, Part-Time) Near Doraville, GA
Responsibilities
- Regularly interact with employees to address their queries, resolve issues, and foster productive professional relationships.
- Prepare and handle monthly HR reports detailing departmental activities and staff changes.
- Proficiently work with ADP for all related HR functions and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state laws and regulations.
- Assist in HR-related projects as assigned.
- Use ADP - Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations skills to perform duties.
- Effectively manage HR duties in the absence of the local HR Manager.
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of Benefit Functions is required.
- A strong understanding of Compliance and Employee Relations is important.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to make decisions independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Must be able to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary
