The Willkie House is a youth-serving nonprofit that operates an HHS-licensed afterschool and summer program for low-income urban youth. The Willkie House is one of the oldest historically Black community-based organizations in Iowa but now serves youth of all races.
This hire will be instrumental in helping to create strategies, processes, and structure where they do not exist. This is an excellent position for a candidate interested in working in multiple areas of nonprofit management. A successful candidate must be detail-oriented with an eye for quality and very skilled at managing a to-do list.
