Service Desk Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team!
The Service Desk Technician is responsible for ensuring team member satisfaction by providing technical support via telephone, email, and personal interaction.
Responsibilities:

• Strong customer service experience
• Supporting Windows clients in a networked environment
• Supporting networked printers
• Ticketing system experience

• 1 years of experience in a Service Desk position or IT degree in lieu of experience
• Experience working in an enterprise level environment
• Excellent customer service skills
