Customer Service Representative Responsibilities : Communicate with potential customers by directly engaging with members of the community.
Support customers by providing information about enrollment prerequisites, processes, sales, and available services. Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria, such as age, income, or enrollment prerequisites.
Assist the Sales team in monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals Ensure applications are input into our system correctly to ensure sales goals are met Adhere to government compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative and Sales team to evaluate the efficiency of enrollment programs and recommend enhancements as needed.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous background in sales, community outreach, or a customer-facing role.
