Summary: Hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ASME SEC VIII standards for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field (preferred)

• Experience in quality assurance, preferably within the energy industry

• Proficient knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)

• Familiarity with energy-related systems, equipment, and technologies

• Expertise in conducting inspections, tests, and audits using relevant tools and equipment

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to the industry

• Quality-related certifications (Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt) are desirable

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement ISO 9001:2015 and ASME SEC VIII provisions

• Sustain the Quality Management System

• Perform audits of quality registrars (ISO, ASME) as well as customer assessments

• Develop comprehensive quality assurance strategies aligned with industry standards

• Define quality control procedures for monitoring performance processes and operations

• Develop FMEA, PFMEA, DFEMA for various parts and manufacturing processes

• Perform inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement

• Document inspection results and generate detailed reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues

• Develop corrective actions to address quality gaps

• Conduct supplier audits to evaluate adherence to quality standards

• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, codes, standards.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
