As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and product adoption. You'll be responsible for walking each practice through a success path defined as managing their product adoption, supporting their product inquiries, leading business review meetings and fostering long-term relationships to drive retention and success.The position is fully remote.Areas of Accountability:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to the product or service.
  • Provide guidance to customers on product usage, best practices, and configuration to ensure clients are maximizing the value of the product or service.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and provide input into product development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the product and industry trends to provide guidance to clients and internal teams
Competencies for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare SAAS industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
