You’ll be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone or in person to collect overdue payments or resolve outstanding debts. You’ll be trained on tools to be successful in negotiation techniques to establish payment plans that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the customer.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must!
The position is 5 days per week, Monday, Friday, and Saturdays are required. Hours are generally 9am – 7pm, with Saturday hours typically being 9am – 4pm.
Hourly wage is $15-$18/hour, depending on experience plus up to $12/hour in monthly bonus potential!
