Key Duties And Responsibilities Of The Restaurant Manager
- Craft and implement strategies for an exceptional guest experience, setting the standard for exquisite service.
- Take charge of ensuring guests consistently receive personalized and prompt service, setting our steakhouse apart.
- Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and tact, always prioritizing their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a robust team infrastructure, fostering professional growth and career advancement opportunities.
- Conduct and oversee training programs designed to hone the skills of our staff, transforming good employees into great ones.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance, creating a motivating environment that encourages loyalty and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee smooth, cost-effective management of the steakhouse.
- Analyze and refine processes to eliminate waste and enhance operational flow, significantly increasing profit margins.
- Maintain strict control over inventory and labor costs, including scheduling and supply chain management.
- Outstanding salary of $55,000 - $63,000

- Candidates must have at least two years or more of restaurant management experience at the same employer.
- Be physically fit to move up to 30 lbs.
- Be available for a 45-55 hour work week and adaptable to working in varied temperature conditions.
- ServSafe and Alcohol Permit Preferred.
- Have valid ID, be legal to work in the US and the ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
