A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to help ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation at their Dallas, TX office.
Your Day Includes
Arrange events, appointments, and travel
Manage phone calls and correspondence
Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
Organize contact lists and filing systems
Creating engaging content for web pages, videos, press releases, case studies, and social media
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or relevant years of experience.
Good practical experience with MS Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
