Requirements
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or similar
- Demonstrable understanding of HR administration and compliance regulations
- Excellent knowledge of employee relations and best practices
- Proficient in using HR software and databases
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
