Ewald Automotive Group is Hiring a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Near Cudahy, WI
We are in need of a BDC Representative at our Venus Ford dealership in Cudahy. Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the BDC Rep will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Answer inbound sales calls and handle accordingly
- Make 50 outbound calls/day
- Send 50 emails/day
- Send 50 texts/day
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule sales appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Must have BDC experience
- Vin Solutions expert
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
