**Job Description:**

As a Customer Service Representative at Winding Creek Animal Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations within the clinic, managing appointments, and providing support to our veterinary team. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in the veterinary field who are passionate about animal care and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.

- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.

- Schedule appointments, manage the clinic calendar, and ensure efficient workflow.

- Maintain client records, update patient information, and handle billing and payments.

- Assist with the coordination of veterinary services, including surgery scheduling and follow-up appointments.

- Address client concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.

- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks and ensure the front office is organized and welcoming.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in the veterinary field is required.
